Position: Telecaller – Real Estate
Location: Mumbai & Pan India (Remote/On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers are welcome)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, generating leads, and assisting potential clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain property details, offers, and services.
Generate and nurture leads through follow-ups and effective communication.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
Address customer queries regarding properties, pricing, and legal formalities.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional assistance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred for Mumbai region).
Ability to persuade and negotiate with potential buyers and sellers.
Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
